[Etherboot-developers] changes to NIC and genrules.pl in 5.0.x branch

I've done what I should have done long ago: generate the PCI ID tables
for config.c from NIC. I've made the changes to genrules.pl which will
now generate files of the form $family_ids.h which are then included by
config.c. Now only NIC has to be edited to add a new PCI ID. I have
checked in the changes to CVS.

Eric you might want do something similar for the 5.1.x branch by
grabbing NIC and genrules.pl from CVS and modifying the driver files.
