You shouldn't change the VCI string in the source.  This VCI string is 
mandated by the PXE spec and is not intented to be user-configurable.

  make bin/gpxe.<format>

will build an all-supported-drivers image.

Build-time options (e.g. selected image formats, protocols etc.) are generally 
configured via the files config/*.h.
