I haven't tried it myself. You should be able to follow the instructions for either Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008; one of these should work. Server 2008 comes with the boot-capable iSCSI initiator by default (and the downloadable version will refuse to install on Server 2008); Server 2003 requires you to download and install the special boot-capable version (links available on the wiki); I don't know which category Vista falls into.
