#6 Project directory as option in Latex Project Wizard

In the Latex project wizard the user should be able to
adjust the project directory.

This feature should be implemented the same way as in
the "New Java Project" wizard:
Project contents: Use default/Directory:..., Browse...

a nice feature should be the ability of "compile" any given
.tex file, so that you can have in the same project several
independent documents in may be different directories.

i am doing so by hand, adding external tools for the latex
and bibtex commands.
