#25 'Open Declaration' function on \cite statements

like in java if you click on a function - here you
click on a bibtex reference, select 'open declaration'
and get to the (bibtex) file and position where this
references is declared.

well, and the variations of cite commands should also work.
Maybe it is a good idea to store them outside the java code.
This could probably be also a good idea for the \section
(and so on) command as there are some alternative document
structuring formats (but this is another topic)
