This version introduces the concept of "mutable" lookups, more lookup factories, and a few other additions, improvements and fixes. Documentation has been updated (http://www.esslibraries.com/ess/libraries/lookup/2.0/docs.do).

This rewrite provides easier configuration, greater scalability, and enhanced lookup caching.
