Although only the second syllable has a stress marker, both syllables
are treated as "stressed" because I've set "unstressed" and "stressed"
syllables to the same strength and length.

Make sure you have a recent development version of eSpeak from:
  http://espeak.sf.net/test/latest.html

The current version is 1.29.17.  This code changed recently.
