[Espeak-general] some improvment for Cantonese

Hi Jonathan,

I made some improvement for Cantonese diphtnongs.
Please replace ph_zh_yue and vwl_zh/aang. And add ung
to vwl_zh/

Could you give me some explain to the constant
parameters? I want to do some change to [[ng]]. There
are three example sound files of [[ng]].
