[Espeak-general] Phonemes tables

Hello,

My changes of the phoneme table in french do not seem to be taken in
account. Could you please indicate if the following stages are correct?

* under the espeakedit 1.27 sources, in phsource/ph_french, the formant
line of a r phoneme is changed.

* using espeakedit, the phonemes are compiled
  Under ~/espeak-data, several files have been updated (phontab,
phonindex, fr_dict,...).

* but espeak still uses the previous pronunciation.
espeak -vfr rond
