_list and _rules files for different languages are in the "dictsource"
directory in the "espeak" download.  But files for Farsi/Persian
(fa_rules and fa_list) do not yet exist.

Text to speech for Farsi is difficult.  The big problem with Farsi (and
also other languages which use Arabic script) is that some vowels are
not shown in the spelling.  So how does text-to-speech know which vowel
to use, and where?

Another question is, which syllable of a word should be stressed?

Farsi is an important language which will be a useful addition to
eSpeak, but the spelling-to-phoneme translation rules (fa_rules,
fa_list) will probably need a lot of work.

What help do you need?
