I've tested with Sapi5 version of 1.42.03.
I can't even use zh-yue voice on my system.
It always gives an error message selected voice can't be played or 
similar. I am getting it in slovak.

Latin characters. So if it's problem with latin characters only and 
chinese people are not affected then I am happy to use this version in NVDA.

I've tested with and without these additional data. I can't see the 
difference.
