[Espeak-general] Port to Symbian 9.X

Hello,
Has there been an attempt to port eSpeak to symbian platform?
Frankly I'm looking for a way on how to properly read text files on my 
mobile phone.
Endless feature requests for my screen reader of choice will never get 
implemented I am afraid. I'd perhaps like to do some little application 
for reading text files in python.
I am unable to setup proper build enviromment for symbian it's why I 
haven't studied much on how the developing for symbian goes.
Anyway I am writing this in the hope there issome eSpeak fan who 
understands symbian development process and possibly can help.
I know windows mobile is doable so symbian based devices might also be 
powerfull enough.
