Are you using the Windows SAPI5 version of eSpeak? Voices only appear in the Windows SAPI5 voice menus if they are added to the Windows Registry. With eSpeak voices, this happens when you run the eSpeak installer and include the voice names (including the voice variant name if required) in eSpeak's installation form. So, for example, you want to use the eSpeak French voice with the variant "f2", then you must include the voice: fr+f2 in the list of voices during the eSpeak installation. Then it will appear in the list of available SAPI5 voices. |
