#71 Java: Generated docs lack GenericProxy

The GenericProxy class in package
com.esitechnology.eo does not appear in the API
Documentation that was generated by javadoc on
Wed Apr 04 13:39:46 PDT 2001. These docs ship in
eo_java_gateway_4_0_1_8.zip. I opened the
EsiObjects jar file and decompiled the class to learn
more about it's interface.
