EP Toolkit version 2.9978          has been released:

Fixed a number of crashing and interface bugs.  Further improvements to 
the Average function's MNI option.  Some further improvements to the 
artifact correction procedures. May now make multiple selections in the 
Read and Save function menus.  Added full support for FieldTrip's CSD 
options in the Transform function. General goal is to get all the 
current functionality working before moving on to the 3.0 release.

1) Fixed crash when displaying data that has no fiducial implicit channels.
2) Added preference setting for whether to display the menu bar in the 
waveform figures.
3) Fixed errors in relating EEG and EyeLink times and also crash when 
blink events are recorded as occurring after the end of the EEG recording.
4) For Linux computers, adjusted continuous View Scan display to fit 
screen (specifically Pop!_OS COSMIC).
5) Fixed checking boxes in Save function table no longer making Save 
button active, due to changes in Matlab.
6) Fixed channel with all NaN values not detecting as bad.
7) Fixed crash in blink correction step of Preprocessing function when 
any channels are set to trialwise bad (NaN).
8) In Preprocessing function, fixed distortion of blink autotemplate 
topography in template figure.  No effect on preprocessing results.
9) Fixed bad channels not being dropped from blink and saccade and 
sacPot subtracted topographies in template figure.  No effect on 
preprocessing results.
10) For Preprocessing function, fixed ICA option for Eye Mode popupmenu 
not working.
11) Fixed crash when trying to change electrode coordinates using Edit 
function.
12) In Edit function, fixed crash when using Grand popupmenu of Subjects 
subpane to add virtual subjects to a dataset with virtual cells.
13) Fixed crash when using Grand popupmenu of Cells subpane to add 
virtual cells using a spec with numbers rather than characters.
14) Fixed crash when View>Scan and colors are non-consecutive.
15) Fixed not updating subject popupmenu in Manual Edit pane controls 
when scanning through average data.
16) Fixed Average function MNI option not resetting electrode 
coordinates to the MNI coordinates.
17) MNI option now adding LPA/RPA/Nz fiducials if they are absent 
(somehow not included in prior release).
18) Bad channel and MNI interpolation now handles the presence of NaN 
data points.
19) Fixed .cov field not calculated correctly during averaging (only 
relevant for MNE files).
20) Added ability to read or save multiple files by first selecting them 
in their respective tables.
21) Added support for badChans field for EP Toolkit to FieldTrip file 
format conversion.
22) Added additional options and parameters to the CSD option in the 
Transform function.
