EP Toolkit version 2.9977 has been released:

Aside from the usual bug fixes, mostly to the graphical interface, the 
artifact correction routines have been given some improvements. I'm 
still working on updating the code to function better with Matlab 2025, 
although it will indeed work.

1) Fixed crash in Transform function when there are virtual cells or 
subjects.
2) Fixed MNI option output either crashing or not producing correct 
electrode coordinates and typing fiducials as EEG.
3) EOG channels no longer excluded from determination of movement 
artifact factor.
4) Default movement artifact threshold lowered from 200 to 150.
5) Fixed expanding wave figure in Show Topos function showing wrong 
waveforms when displaying all subjects, cells, or trials as the rows.
6) Fixed crash when using the Export button in the subpane Channels of 
the Edit function.
7) Broadened list of channel names matched to the MNI channel labels.
8) Files without electrode coordinates now also gain basic fiducials as 
implicit channels.
9) Fixed movement artifact correction step of Preprocess function 
sometimes missing factors or simply crashing.
10) Blink correction now temporarily Cz references data.
11) Fixed Preprocessing template figure files sometimes blank when 
running on Matlab 2025.
12) Preprocessing template topoplots are now average referenced to keep 
them consistent with each other.
13) Fixed crash when displaying data with View Waves that has 
non-fiducial implicit channels.
14) Fixed crash when EyeLink blink events are recorded as occuring prior 
to the start of the EEG recording.
15) Fixed strange crash when closing Edit window.
16) MNI option now adding LPA/RPA/Nz fiducials if they are absent.
17) Fixed Window function only allowing selection of the last dataset.
18) Fixed can crash when closing a waves figure.
19) Added Sort button to the Window pane.
20) Fixed situation where cannot close the preprocessing summary figure 
window.
21) Preprocessing sets bad data to NaN rather than zero (still using 
metadata to exclude from analysis, so should not affect results).
22) Bad channel replacement in Preprocessing function rechecks 
interpolated bad channels to see if still bad, in which case they are 
simply marked as bad data.
23) Improved determination of blink periods during Preprocessing function.
24) For ICA blink correction, now subtracts factors only from blink 
periods.
25) Fixed situation where cannot close the Preprocessing summary figure 
window.
26) Fixed abort flag set if abort button clicked before closing 
Preprocessing summary figure window.
27) Added tooltips to the View dataset popupmenus to provide the dataset 
names for when too long for the popupmenu.
28) Fixed crash in sampleTest function when changing datasets in certain 
cases.
29) Fixed crash in blink correction step of Preprocessing function when 
chunking and number of good channels varies.
30) Fixed crash in Edit function when adding virtual subject to dataset 
with sessions or converting it from real to virtual.
