The tutorial pdf is in the documentation folder and the tutorial data can be downloaded from a link provided by the pdf. The tutorial file has full install instructions. The EP Toolkit is absolutely essential for our cross-lab work on ERP ontologies and cross-lab analysis and integration of ERP data. The tutorial pdf is very thorough and easy to follow.
