The ERP-BR list of coders now will create the PHPKernel.

PHPKernel is modular kernel with a group of functions, classes and structure that allow the develepment of softwares with a default.

Now, we'll talk about the Kernel and, in the next step, after it creating we'll create the PHPKernel-ERP and PHPKernel-CMS.
