Nice work on the v1 release everyone :-)

I'm thinking about adding these features, and I thought I'd mention it
to everyone before going ahead just in case I'm off-track

1. Webhost aliases - I have a problem in that www.neolineas.com is
different to neolineas.com, which means two config entries that are the
same, and two log files. I'd like it to either "best match" the name or
have explicit aliases.
2. Adding favicon.ico support into the wiki pages, as another
configurable file
3. Putting an indicator into the wili to differentiate locked/unlocked
pages, although I thought that was already there.
4. Adding the "combined" log format to get referrer and other
information. I don't think I want to do the Apache formatting language
stuff though.

I'd be interested in your thoughts. Most of them are pretty simple
changes.
