What would be even more cool (and I think this isn't implemented in the server), is if you could do GIVE <faction> JE <amount> <item>. Magellan could create "GIVE JE" orders for every unit of that faction in the region, kind of like how it works with the ATTACK order?

I missed this. I will test the feature first.
It´s not in the online-rules either.
Like in the example of enno in the forum:
GIB knut JE 42 SCHWERT
means: if unit knut has 10 persons, the unit will get 420 Schwert?

Yes, I think that's exactly how it's supposed to work... Haven't tested it myself, though.
