eReserve 1.5 Final has obviously been substantially delayed. This is due to the fact that the upgrade is actually becoming a far larger process than I originally envisioned. Rather than just including a few new features, this is becoming a complete redesign of the user-level system, with very substantial changes to the network infrastructure and server modules. Because of the size of this upgrade, eReserve 1.5 is not going to be released, rather I am going to skip directly ahead to eReserve 2.0. Because the project is in such a transition phase, I will not be making the anticipated regular releases in between major versions. This final version should be finished sometime prior to January, 2004. If you are interested in following the development process closely, download the development documents and keep an eye on feature requests being closed.
