#8 UX -8- Arrow Key on Multi-Line Symbols

To reproduce an example of this fault, select the fourth Sums symbol. Hit an arrow key and note that the cursor does not move.

The cursor should move to the [upper,center,lower] line of a multi-line symbol in response to the up and down arrows. The cursor should move to the left-most position of the new line.
