UX -7 -Sums symbol misaligned

Sums symbols should be positioned on the baseline.
To reproduce the fault, select the third Sums symbol several times in sequence.

Not a bug, Sums are indeed align to baseline. But a Sum inside a Sum makes not sense. This is where Math Editor right now is not able to communicate its intention. If you create a Sum and then use the "right side mouse click" (another invalid bug report), you can create another Sum which would be aligned to baseline. ! Makes sense?

Problem is not in the Equation Engine. The problem lies in how ME is communication its intention. Let's discuss that. Please see the attached file.
