Release 1.12.3 brings improved robustness and new benchmarks

Release 1.12.3 of EQ Sphere Partitions for MATLAB focuses on research integrity and parity with the pyeqsp Python library.

Changes between Release 1.10 and Release 1.12

1. Bring the installer up-to-date with respect to current Matlab.
2. Bring the code up-to-date with respect to current Matlab.
3. Complete the histogram utilities in the eq_histogram directory.
4. Add tests to the eq_test directory.

Note : The histogram utilities as at Revision 1.11 of 2012-2013 were incomplete, untested, and incorrect.

EQSP 1.10 is the first public release of the Recursive Zonal Equal Area (EQ) Sphere Partitioning Toolbox. The EQ Sphere Partitioning Toolbox is a Matlab toolbox which provides algorithms for partitioning and point distribution on spheres of arbitrary dimension.
