#11 Enhancement: Create a refresh process option
Reload processes completely reloads all processes and basically resets the buttonrows. Create a refresh process that will remove any buttonrows where the eq instance no longer exists and add any new processes. Keep the row names as defined for the existing buttonrows that remain.
