I am no longer updating this project. I discovered a project from Microsoft called boxcar. It does what I wanted to do even better than I was planning to make my code so hopefully it will work for you too. I will leave this up for those who still want to use it.

This little utility just adds a row of buttons for each EQ session you have running. The buttons stay on top so you can quickly activate a session rather than relying on Alt+Tab.
