Alt Button - EQButton Lite

By request, specifically https://sourceforge.net/p/eqbuttons/tickets/10/, I have created a new project, Alt Button, https://sourceforge.net/projects/alt-button/ .

This is mostly the same as EQ Button but it is only the window switcher. It has no buttons that can be sent into the application. It is just an always-on-top task switcher.

Right now this is still limited to switching eqgame.exe processes. I plan to modify it to allow you to associate any running program to a button. That way you could switch between games, browsers, apps, whatever. That's not high on the priority list but it will come eventually.
