    How to use

Put the EqABX.exe file where you keep your filters.
    by default it's C:\Program Files\EqualizerAPO\config

Name the files that you want to compare A.txt and B.txt

Also create an empty file called test.txt and inlude it in your active configuration in EqualizerAPO.

Now run the program and test until you are satisfied.

Note: you should probably close the EqualizerAPO GUI while using this program, otherwise both programs may overwrite the same files and it won't work properly.

    Ideas for future development

    1. Allow the pair of files to be dragged and dropped into the window instead of using constant names.
    2. Randomly swap A and B to make the test "double blind"

    Why I wrote this

I love the following two projects
    1. Equalizer APO https://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo/
    2. Room EQ Wizard (REW) http://www.roomeqwizard.com/

The thing missing for me was an ABX test.

I came to realize that a good filter doesn't sound dramatically different. it's subtle.

However, I still wanted to make sure that it does SOMETHING.

So I wanted to do a blind test between the filter that I thought that I liked and a trivial Preamp filter that only matches the level of the other filter.

So I made this little GUI, I took the test and now I'm happy.

Hope it's useful for someone else as-well.
