Hello, I love that software and I would like to change
the name departments for problem on the submit new
ticket form. Is that possible?

Yes you can. Just got to "Manage Departments" in the Admin
CP. Over there, you can add new departments, delete old ones
(unless it is the default one) and click "Rename" to change
the name. You can also change the mailing address to where
reminders for new tickets in that department go to.

Logon with the administrator account that you created when
you installed the package. One of the links at the top of
the page allows you to change the Departments. (It's the
same page where you add Staff Members, too.)
