Unfortunately, you will have to manually check each ticket
to see if there is a reply.
In the upcoming version there is a separate subscriptions
system which allows any client or staff to get email
subscriptions of new replies to teh ticket. This new version
will be out within a few weeks. Thanks for your patience.
