#10 Getting Undefined variable message

and other such messages. I do see the Log In prompt
but can seem to login.

I am running this on WIndows 2003 server in a virtual
machine. I also do not have a LDAP or email setup
currently as I am trying to see if I can use it as a
standalone internal task tracking system.
