We need both documentation and training materials for the use of parameters such as $leiden-style, $internal-apparatus, etc. in the EpiDoc Example Stylesheets.
(Requested by London April 2015 training workshop)
2020 EpiDoc training was cancelled, so this was never implemented. Will likely not be done, but also not a dependency of release 9.2, so not urgent. Still assigned to milestone:future.

The September 2021 EFES & XSLT training workshop was cancelled due to the ongoing issue with EFES and Java, but I have in the meantime started a slideshow for training on the use of parameters in the EpiDoc Reference Stylesheets at tinyurl.com/uzatawd, which I will improve over time. If anyone would like to add anything to this, please let me know and I'm happy to share it with you. Once there is something worth sharing here, we can also make a version of this for (a) the EpiDoc Guidelines (and/or Stylesheets Readme?), and (b) EFES documentation, since some of these are also handled there through a sitemap.

Punting this to next release.
This is now a priority for:
so I have raised the priority on this ticket and will look at it again asap.
I will need to do something on this for the April 2020 EpiDoc training, so will do it by then.

We will create training materials on this topic for the Sept 2021 workshop, which will also enable the generation of a new guidelines page on this.
