#180 Improve supp-commentary

The feedback we received during the last office hour indicates that we should update the page regarding the <div type="commentary"> tag to clarify what is expected in that section (https://epidoc.stoa.org/gl/latest/supp-commentary.html)

Page needs:

• gloss: "the division containing commentary (narrative, line-by-line, etc.) on the inscriptions, papyrus, etc."
• most of commentary is just running prose, very little markup
• discussion of different types of commentary, and any markup implications
• discussion of a couple of the most comment things to mark up in commentary (quotes, cross-references, bibliography, etc.)

Some of this may be copied/expanded from the supp-structure page.

@nsouchon will draft this on /dev/ and run past EDAG.
