#112 Release procedure fixes and suggestions

During today's release Gabby and I noticed the following:

  1. Need to document how to use the project for making the Guidelines. I was able to open it form inside Oxygen despite the funny extension, which means that it was changed by my using it. There is nothing to explain why strange file extension and its purpose. So, explain this and tell the user to make a copy and click on that.
  2. Specify that the Guidelines .zip file should only have the HTML files in it.
  3. Specify which transform scenario needs to be run and also needs to have the $analytics value manipulated.
  4. Deal with Readme.md in zip directories. see bug #126

    @gabrielbodard two clarifications:
    I don't remember what it is one has to do with the Readme.md files in the zip directory - is it that they have to be replaced? We don't update them.

    Also, what is it that has to be done with the the $analytics value? (items 2 and 3 above)

    • Readme.md shouldn't be touched in the Guidelines process, but should have been updated per ticket #126 (looks like they have?).
    • I've added ref to scenario "EpiDoc P5 Guidelines HTML" to the process doc.
