#195 app[@type='editorial'] with empty <rdg/> produces "prev. ed." instead of "Om. Original ed."

According to the Leiden+ editorial corrections docs, empty <reg/>s such as in

<app type="editorial"><lem resp="PN W.G. Claytor (CPR VI plate 35)">τοῦ</lem><rdg/></app>

should produce:

W.G. Claytor (CPR VI plate 35): Om. Original ed.

but the actual output is:

W.G. Claytor (CPR VI plate 35) (via PN) : prev. ed.

It seems this was introduced in commit 1f91872 where the app logic was rewritten and the code producing Om. Original ed. was never re-introduced.

We had an editor stumbling over this and I wonder if this is something that should be fixed (if not, the papyri.info docs should probably be updated). Let me know if I can help by creating a PR.
