Hi, in response to observations about how people we using our web pages, I made some changes to add quicklinks and simplify stuff a little. This hopefully should help new people by pointing them to the "index" page [1] rather than the SF home page [2], as our "home" page. Wan't having much success with [2]. You'll see some stylistic changes to all the docs because I changed stylesheets too. No content was harmed in the production of this web page. Please now use our own base.css, then epicsv4.css for docs (like pvAccess spec), or epicsv4web.css for web pages (like development.html). Thanks. I got the comment "what's the difference between epics-pvdata and EPICS V4?" and also "why is there a sourceForge page and another page Google knows?" (they meant [2]). Among other comments: - which EPICS base should be used to build epics v4? - why is it listed under Astronomy? (I fixed that, sourceForge had taken the alphabetically first trove category to list us under, so I moved us to just Science/Engineering). - does it build in Windows - if so which unix lib layer - mingw, cygwin or ms? - why are there adds on the sourceForge page - if there are adds that makes me think you're not well funded.
