#76 R4.4 pvDatabaseCPP: Make it compatible with other AI: R4.4

PVDatabaseCPP is a framework for implementing a network accessable database of smart memory resident records. Network access is via pvAccess.

This action item relates to keeping pvDatabaseCpp compatible with the next major release of EPICS version 4, which will be release 4.4.

This is an ongoing action item until the next release (R4.4) is finalized.
Thus as new features are added to the next release pvDatabaseCPP will be updated if necessary.

It is currently compatible except possibly for union.
