Seems no matter what settings I use I keep getting exit code 13
Trying to get Sky UK listings, did an EPG scan and Freesat shows as having EPG data - but get the same error, tried EIT, OpenTV etc
Can someone give me the setting they use or help on how to fix the error?

You are probably collecting on the wrong frequency.
There is a standard parameter set for Sky UK. If you use EPG Centre and click File - Create New it's the last in the list.
