#4 Refactor/Move fails after opening file with epfe-1.0.5.4

Moving a .property file with Refactor/Move fails after
the file has been opened with efpe on WinXP. Even
closing the efpe editor does not help, the file cannot
be removed at the old location and Eclipse (3.1.M6)
starts a cascade of errors. It is not even possible to
delete the file with the Explorer, since a file handle
is kept open. The file can be deleted though, if
Eclipse is closed completly. The refactoring works
fine, if the files was not opened with efpe before.
