#46 update getter/setters in SWT events

swt.events was tamed using, for public instance vars,
the methods

publicVar() and publicVar(value)

When we transition to get/setPublicVar, this needs to
be updated. Only the Events need to be fixed; the
listeners are just interfaces, and the adapters are
irrelevant (and unsafe) for E programmers
