For persistence, the eio streams
should act like live remote references -- they should
be serialized so as to revive in a broken state. By
contrast, java.io.File and java.net.URL, for example,
are like SturdyRefs, in that, under normal
circumstances, they come back connected if they can. To
make this work, we need to figure out how to prevent
aliasing of file names if a vat is revived on a
different machine. Seems like a can of worms.
