#140 keymaps need addKeymap()

in addition to shutting off access to the central
keymap upon which all jtextcomponents depend by
shutting off getKeymap(name) and getKeymap(), which
marcs will do, to have a functional system there must
be an addKeymap with no parameters that, inside the
Evm, performs an addKeymap with an unguessable name and
the Father of All Keymaps as the parameters. Without
this, keys cannot be intercepted.

I (MarkM) just assigned this bug to MarcS, but meaning
the part that MarcS says he'll do in the original
submission. The extra Java method that he says also
needs to be done, I'll do. So after MarcS does his
part, this bug should be reassigned to me.
