#2 allow for less student-centric profiles

The system was specifically designed to manage profiles for people who
are current college students or recent graduates. Hence the focus on
school and activities, which become less important once you are out in the
real world. So, a cool feature would be to adapt the system so it would be
useful to people in a variety of stages of life and a variety of disciplines.
Perhaps "Add-On Packs" , ie modules, for different styles of profile.

We are thinking to use the system for our skill profiles.
To do it the system should be more suitable for work
projects (Skills during the employment). We also need an
international version. Maybe we could do some sponsoring of
the project.
