Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! :) I've also moved the site to http://kenskate0.tripod.com I just used gimp and etcher to make it. Etcher is fairly straight foward once you dive in. On the default theme, there are only two border files, selected-0.sticky-0.shaded.0.bits.db and selected-1.sticky-0.shaded.0.bits.db, the other files are symlinks to those two files. But I'm sure you've figured that out. :) First step, is to start etcher, and open one of the two files above. From there all you have to do is start replacing images with the ones that you made in gimp. There is an images tab at the bottom to help you through it. For every part of the border(menu button, close button...) there are four actions, I only delt with normal and highlighted. Watch out when using etcher and save often, the biggest problem I encountered while making this theme was the display window in etcher becoming corrupted. All I had to do was restart etcher to fix it, and since I saved I did't lose anything. From what I've gathered the problem is fixed in newer versions. And after you load the new theme, restarting e helps tremendously. I'm not sure why, maybe e wasn't unloading previous themes properly, but the borders would look different everytime you would enter/leave a window. I tried to cover everything as completely as possible without boring everyone here, so I hope it helped. I'm working on a tutorial with screenshots to put on the tripod page, but it may be another couple of days. thanks for the script :) On Sunday 24 February 2002 05:55, you wrote: > Well done :-) > > I'want to make a theme too, what did you use to build the theme ?
