I guess that is the closest solution. But I don't understand why E does this by default and yet not allowing people to configure it. Is this the default behaviour with all other Dock Apps? In my opnion, making the Dock app's on top of everything else is not usable at all, why not change this? Or even, why not just treat them as normal apps? E is already powerful enough to configure the look/feel for the normal apps. I cannot really complain anything to the licq developers, as it is appeared working fine in sawfish and fvwm. E looks so much better than other wm, but I would also like to be able to customize it properly.
