first, ask to be added to the project for cvs write access in the /po
dir (if you haven't already did it), then do the following:

- edit your copy of fr.po
- export CVS_RSH=3Dssh
- export
  CVSROOT=3D:ext:you...@cv...:/cvsroot/enlightenment
- cvs checkout e17 (from where your copy of sources is)
- cvs commit e17/apps/e/po/fr.po
- done :)
