[Enlightenment-intl] Portuguese (pt) translation for Enlightenment

Hello,

Portuguese(pt) translation attached.

Quick note: In several linux distributions when booting Enlightenment in liveCD I noticed that when the language selection is presented, the Portuguese language appears with the Brazilian flag!!This is wrong.

Lang code: pt or pt_PT (Portuguese=Portugal)
Lang code: pt_BR (Brazilian Portuguese=Brazil)
