[e-users] Ho< to get the foxus inside the new window ?

When I open a window, from the ibar for example, I woud like the focus 
to be inside the new window.

Else when going to it with the mouse, the focus crosses another window 
and the new window disappears... You will say I am not quick enough. But 
I am old ans it is not a video game....
