I try to explain it better:
Let's say I have three tabs, then I am on tab #2 and tell it to split
horizontally. Now I have the upper term containing three tabs and the
other with no tabs (just the main term).
What I would like to do is instead to have three tabs, but one of them
that is splitted horizontally. Is it doable?
