ATM we rebase, we don't merge. So unfortunately the answer is no. But 
it's the same issue we had with normal rebases, i.e there were no emails 
for rebasing branches. The reason for that is that people didn't like 
the cover-letter emails that were actually in charge of that. We will 
sort this up as well at some point (hopefully soonish).
